this weekend we're planning on getting a zipcar and heading to a pumpkin patch to go pick some pumpkins, run in corn mazes, and do exactly what i used to do around this time as a little kid. i love the fall. it feels like summer right now, but i'm sure the cold is almost here.
yesterday was...major success! it went really well and now i have tomorrow to worry about and then hopefully a major change will be certain. last night i went out with my favorite lesbians (and kathy and jes) to the levee in brooklyn and then angels and kings in the east village. they were filming the real world at angels and kings; it was hilarious. the cast looks awful, except for there is one girl that is really sweet and enjoyable to talk to...she emailed me today to come dj high voltage. so hopefully, that will work out. mel ended up spending the night and we stayed up until 6 am doing who knows what. we waited for dim to bring us home some sandwiches, which tasted like crap...but at 6 am, we didn't mind. today i mailed some thank you cards and i spent an hour or two at mel's coffee shop. i got this chai tea which was seriously the best chai i've ever had. now i'm relaxing and will be refurbishing furniture later...really exciting.
